玉山县创新农业综合开发有限公司系江西省农业产业化省级龙头企业。成立于2002年，现有常年员工146人，其中：高中级技术人员8人。是从事兔业、水产养殖和林果、油茶、蔬菜等种养业和肉食品加工的一个综合型农业开发全国优秀民营企业。
公司紧紧围绕“创新、发展”这一主题，遵循“内联农户、外接市场、科技兴农、助农致富”的宗旨，坚持以科技为先导，走规模化综合开发种、养、加产业之路。经过多年的拼搏发展，形成水产养殖、兔业繁殖、林果种植、蔬菜种植和肉食品、饲料等加工基地。联结农户3980户，带动和辐射全市9个县市共同参与合作经营。
